Heartsaver CPR AED

This American Heart Association Heartsaver course is designed to prepare lay rescuers to preform CPR and use an AED in a safe, timely, and effective manner.

Heartsaver Instructor-led training is conducted in the classroom and features group interaction and hands-on coaching and feedback from an AHA approved Adventure Medics Instructor.

(A Heartsaver blended learning courses includes an online portion and a hands-on portion. The online portion can be completed wherever students have Internet access. Upon successful completion of the online portion, students attend a hands-on Skills Session with an AHA approved Adventure Medics Instructor. This course is designed for lay rescuers not working in the healthcare industry. If you are unsure if you should be taking the Heartsaver CPR AED course or another CPR course, ask your employer for clarification.If you work in the healthcare industry you may need to take a BLS Provider course.
