      Advanced Emergency Medical Technician

Kate grew up in a family of nurses in Portland, OR. Other than playing surgeon as a child she was also privileged to travel to all over the globe, a passion she still has to this day. Kate loves to hike, travel, ride horses, and is a water baby at heart. Her goal is to get her paramedic license and then hopefully transition into something similar to Doctors Without Borders, where she would have the chance to make a difference in other countries. She share's her home in Bend with one quite confused cat who thinks she's a dog.
