Fireline Magazine: On-Site Medical
For the past 3 years Adventure Medics has provided Bend, Oregon with on-site medical for concerts, festivals and races. Last year we were able to add on-site medical support to wildfire crews on the line.
Adventure Medics was recently featured in the official publication of the National Wildfire Suppression Association for outstanding on-site medical care during the 2017 wildfire season. We are extremely proud to offer the brave men and women fighting fires with vital on-site medical care in Oregon and nationwide.
As the 2018 summer quickly approaches, we are preparing for what could be another busy fire season. We look forward to once again serving firefighters with excellent on-site medical care.

"CPR in its simplest form is just chest compressions," Dr. Gabriel Riva, a Ph.D. student at the Karolinska Institute in Sweden and the study's lead author, said in a news release. "Doing only chest compressions doubles the chance of survival compared to doing nothing."
