Oregon Medics - Mountain Running Championship, 2015
The 2015 Mountain Running Championship was so much fun. We wanted to take a moment and say thank you to everyone who gave us the opportunity to display our skills as sporting event medics in Central Oregon. We've never seen racers hit the slopes so hard and punch though the trails like these men and women.
Adventure Medics was so proud to be a part of seeing great athletes in action. Congratulations to all the winners and we can't wait for next year's Mountain Running Championship!

"CPR in its simplest form is just chest compressions," Dr. Gabriel Riva, a Ph.D. student at the Karolinska Institute in Sweden and the study's lead author, said in a news release. "Doing only chest compressions doubles the chance of survival compared to doing nothing."
